Who we are

AccuraSoft Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 12461952, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, private.flamingo.tax, including applications for the Flamingo Private closed beta programme.

For any privacy matter, write to privacy@flamingo.tax.

What we collect

  • Application data — your name, firm or family office name, role, email address, tier of interest, the approximate number of family members and advisors to be covered, and anything you choose to tell us in the free-text field.
  • Correspondence — emails you exchange with us about your application.
  • Technical data — essential cookies required for the site to function and, only with your consent, a privacy-respecting analytics cookie (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not collect financial information, identity documents, or any data about your residency or structures through this website.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not enrich it from third-party sources.

A note on zero-knowledge

Website vs. Platform This policy covers the website and your application. The Flamingo Private platform itself is built on zero-knowledge architecture: content you place in the platform after onboarding is encrypted with keys that never leave your devices, and is therefore unreadable to us. A separate platform privacy notice is provided to members at onboarding.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements — secure hosting and email infrastructure — and, where required, with professional advisers or authorities when the law obliges us to. Never with advertisers or data brokers.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7.

How long we keep it

  • Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications — deleted within 12 months of our decision.
  • Successful applications — retained as part of your member record for the duration of the relationship.
  • Correspondence — retained no longer than necessary for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@flamingo.tax; we respond within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and, where the changes are material, notify applicants by email. This version is effective from the date shown above.
