Beta Programme Terms

AccuraSoft Ltd (CRN 12461952) · private.flamingo.tax
Version 1.0 · Last updated: June 2026 · Contact: beta@flamingo.tax

Legal documents are provided in English. The English version is the binding version.

1.

The programme

These terms govern participation in the closed beta of Flamingo Private, operated by AccuraSoft Ltd (CRN 12461952). The beta opens in summer 2026; the number of participants is strictly limited. They apply from the moment we confirm your admission, and together with the Privacy Policy form the agreement between us for the beta period.

2.

Admission

Admission is by application and at our sole discretion. We aim to decide within 5 business days of receiving an application. We may decline without giving reasons, maintain a waiting list, and prioritise the mix of family offices, principals, and advisors that best serves the test.

3.

Nature of a beta

  • The platform is pre-release software: it may contain defects, and features may change, be withdrawn, or never reach general availability.
  • Availability is not guaranteed and no service levels apply during the beta.
  • We may suspend the service for maintenance or security at any time.
4.

Fees

Participation in the beta is free of charge unless we agree otherwise in writing. Before any paid tier applies to you, we will give you clear notice and the choice to leave the programme and export your data.

5.

Confidentiality

The beta is private. Non-public features, documentation, performance characteristics, roadmaps, and the fact of specific capabilities are our confidential information. You agree not to disclose them to anyone outside your family office and admitted advisors, and not to publish reviews, screenshots, or social-media posts about the platform without our prior written consent. This obligation survives the end of the beta for two years.

6.

Feedback

We may ask for your impressions; you are not obliged to provide them. Any feedback you do provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation to improve the product. Feedback never includes the content of your encrypted vaults — we could not read it if we wanted to.

7.

Your data and zero-knowledge

What we can and cannot see Content you place in the platform — documents, movements, structures — is encrypted on your devices with keys that never leave them. We cannot read, recover, or disclose it. Account data (email, membership tier) and application data are processed per the Privacy Policy. Because keys stay with you, losing all your devices and recovery codes means your vault contents cannot be restored by us.
8.

Acceptable use

The acceptable-use rules of the Terms of Use apply to the platform. In addition, you must not use the platform to store unlawful content, attempt to circumvent its security, or share access credentials outside the people admitted on your membership.

9.

Term and termination

  • Either party may end participation at any time with written notice (email suffices).
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a material breach, including any breach of confidentiality.
  • After termination or the end of the beta you will have 30 days to export your data, after which encrypted content is deleted.
10.

No advice

The platform provides information and tooling, not advice. Deadlines, programme parameters, and regulatory items must be verified with your professional advisers before you act. See the Disclaimer.

11.

Warranties and liability

The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to £100 or the amount you have paid for the beta (whichever is greater). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

12.

General

You may not assign your participation. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. These terms and the documents referred to in them are the entire agreement for the beta period and are governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
